La gratification minimale des stagiaires conventionnés

Un employeur qui accueille un stagiaire doit lui verser une gratification horaire minimale (et non un salaire), exonérée de cotisations sociales dans certaines conditions.

 

La gratification est obligatoire lorsque la présence du stagiaire dans l’organisme d’accueil est supérieure à 2 mois, soit l’équivalent de 44 jours (sur la base de 7 heures par jour), au cours de l’année d’enseignement (scolaire ou universitaire). En dessous de ce volume horaire, la gratification reste facultative pour l’employeur.

 

Il est rappelé que la gratification se décompte par heure de stage effectuée.

 

A compter du 1er septembre 2015, elle augmente.
