Le projet “ithaca” à la CST

La startup French Touch Factory a pris ses quartiers dans les locaux de la CST, dans le cadre de notre partenariat autour du projet “ithaca”, l’acronyme de “Immersion and Training with Holograms for Art, Craft and Audiovisual”.

Cette solution en développement vise à démocratiser la capture volumétrique vidéo : enregistrer et diffuser un sujet en 3 dimensions, avec une installation rapide. Le logiciel ithaca embarque des algorithmes permettant de reconstuire la 3D à partir des 4 à 8 vidéos RGB et profondeur issues de simples capteurs kinects.
