En novembre 2019, l’ADEME a publié un guide intitulée « La face cachée du numérique », pour encourager aux bonnes pratiques dans ce domaine. En cette période de confinement, elle fait une petite piqûre de rappel en publiant une infographie pour télétravailler « plus léger » et éviter de saturer les réseaux fortement sollicités.
