INFO CAPITAL. Le premier actionnaire d'EuropaCorp et Mediawan (la société de Pierre-Antoine Capton, Xavier Niel et Matthieu Pigasse) sera désormais un fonds américain. Ce qui les prive a priori des aides du CNC et des crédits d’impôts. Mais les deux producteurs ont mis en place des mécanismes pour continuer à en bénéficier.
