Le Festival international du film de Berlin aura lieu du 11 au 21 février prochain et pour cette nouvelle édition, le festival a décidé de supprimer le prix du "meilleur acteur" et "meilleure actrice" de sa compétition afin de permettre "une prise de conscience plus sensible à la question du genre dans l'industrie cinématographique". 

 

"Nous pensons que le fait de ne pas séparer les récompenses en fonction du genre dans le domaine de l'interprétation constitue un signal pour une prise de conscience plus sensible à cette question dans l'industrie cinématographique" extrait communiqué diffusé le 24 août dernier
