Régulièrement, les salariés et leurs employeurs sont invités à faire le point sur leurs relations. Il y a deux types d’entretiens : l’entretien annuel et les entretiens professionnels.

L’entretien annuel

L’entretien annuel, lorsqu’il existe, est un entretien d’évaluation distinct de l’entretien professionnel.

Un entretien facultatif sauf obligation conventionnelle

Le code du travail n’impose pas à l’employeur d’organiser cet entretien mais une convention collective peut le prévoir. Dans ce cas, il doit respecter les dispositions prévues par cette dernière.

En l’absence d’obligation conventionnelle, l’employeur peut décider de sa mise en place.
