Le Centre national du cinéma a mis en place des formations pour lutter contre le harcèlement sexuel, qu'il impose aux dirigeants d'entreprises en échange de ses aides. Reportage au coeur d'une session.

« Les femmes n'ont qu'à parler… », « Pourquoi cette agitation ? Une femme est libre de dire non, quand même ! », « J'ignorais que des pratiques admises il y a dix ans étaient à ce point condamnables… ». Dans l'assemblée et en coulisse fusent les questions et les réflexions parfois naïves - voire inquiétantes - qui montrent le chemin à accomplir pour éradiquer les violences sexistes et sexuelles dans le monde du cinéma.
