Membre de Lecteurs Anonymes, Véro Cratzborn vient de réaliser son premier long-métrage, La Forêt de mon père, avec Ludivine Sagnier et Alban Lenoir, en salles mercredi 8 juillet. Peux-tu nous parler de ton parcours ? J’ai fait des études en administration des affaires à Liège, puis en sciences de la communication où j’ai découvert l’histoire du cinéma. J’ai vécu au Québec, où j’ai travaillé pour CTVM Info, qui est l’équivalent du Film Français. Je suis venue à Paris où j’ai travaillé auprès de Claude-Éric Poiroux à Europa Cinémas et au festival Premiers plans, puis j’ai été l’assistante de Bruno Pésery chez Arena Films, un producteur très proche du scénario. Je tapais très vite et j’ai eu l’occasion d’assister des scénaristes, comme Jacques Fieschi et Olivier Assayas sur Les Destinées sentimentales, puis Jaoui et Bacri sur On connaît la chanson. J’ai été assistante réalisatrice de Léos Carax sur plusieurs projets qu’il développait à l’époque.
