Elisabeth Tanner, secrétaire générale des Césars et agent d'acteur, s'est confiée sur la nouvelle organisation des César. Pourquoi y-a-t-il moitié moins de films éligibles cette année ? Pourquoi ne pas avoir pris en compte ceux qui n'ont pas pu sortir au cinéma ? Comment va être organisé la cérémonie ?
