Une année blanche qui va se terminer pour les intermittents du spectacle

En mai 2020, le Président de la République annonçait un dispositif appelé “année blanche” pour les artistes et techniciens intermittents du spectacle.

Ce dispositif a permis – et permet jusqu’au 31 août – la garantie d’une indemnisation chômage aux artistes et techniciens bénéficiaires de l’assurance chômage au titre des annexes 8 et 10 (voir notre article ici).

Près d’an plus tard, la situation sanitaire n’est pas encore stabilisée. 

Une mission d’évaluation et d’anticipation

La mission confiée à M. Gauron, conseiller maître honoraire à la Cour des comptes, a eu pour objet d’examiner l’impact de la crise sanitaire sur les intermittents du spectacle en 2020 afin d’évaluer leur situation à la fin de l’année blanche (le 31 août 2021). Le but étant de trouver des solutions pour préserver les situations personnelles des artistes et des techniciens.
