 Depuis le 1er juillet 2023, afin d’assimiler et prendre en compte vos heures de formation, vous devez demander la cessation de votre inscription à Pôle emploi, avant l’entrée en formation, et ce pour toute sa durée.

Pour pouvoir être assimilée :

 

  1. La formation doit impérativement relever des livres III & IV de la 6e partie du code du travail. Cela signifie concrètement que la formation suivie doit relever de la formation continue et de la VAE (Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience).
  2. Le demandeur d’emploi ne doit pas avoir été indemnisé et doit justifier obligatoirement d’une fin de contrat de travail postérieure à la formation. Il faut donc avoir retravaillé.
