Régularisation des contenus internet - L’Europe lance le DSA et DMA

Ce vendredi, l’Europe met en place le DSA pour réguler les contenus illicites sur Internet et le DMA pour limiter le pouvoir des GAFAM et X (anciennement Twitter). 
 

« Pour simplifier, le DSA vise à punir plus sévèrement les dérives des utilisateurs sur le web, en donnant une responsabilité aux GAFAM. Ainsi, face à des propos haineux par exemple, les réseaux sociaux ne pourront plus brandir l’excuse du “nous ne sommes que des intermédiaires” »
